I started out in the energy industry within Commodities Trading and worked within the Credit Risk framework for 12 years in various roles.
I had the luxury to work with many different levels of the organisations, co-ordinating with multiple teams on various projects, mentoring and managing teams and being able to work with a multitude of different personality styles.
I always appreciated and invested time in people and how they can be the most effective for themselves and with others, especially in a business environment.
I realised that I wanted to utilise some skills I wasn’t able to showcase in my role for a different purpose, so I chose to enter the world of coaching after realising it is where I feel comfortable.
The most rewarding part of coaching for me is when I can assist others grow and develop in their personal and professional endeavours and being able to work consistently with clients in partnership to achieve their goals.

The teaching style reflects a person-centred approach to adult learning. The principal method is experiential learning: learning by doing, coupled with personal reflection and exploration. All my training and qualifications have been through Coaching Development run by Colin Brett and his team. All training programmes are recognised by the ICF (International Coaching Federation).

I worked for over 12 years within the credit risk framework in commodities trading. In my time, I worked with various teams on multiple levels to deliver successful projects and build teams who were cohesive and had strong communication which delivered excellent results.

Studied International Business which covered a range of strategic management, finance, sales & marketing elements which were integral in my future work endeavours. I also had a keen interest in psychology and working with people which been key when mentoring and managing in my previous roles

Coaching development - training courses
LEVEL 1 DIPLOMA, PROFESSIONAL COACHING SKILLS (pcs)
This is an original coach training course teaching best professional theory and practice. The coaching course's primary focus is to develop and refine our inherent interpersonal skills, such as perceptive, empathic listening and questioning, and our ability to engage with others so as to create real connection, clarity, choice and forward action. They build on this foundation with a thorough training in the co-active coaching model, together with selected processes from Neuro-Linguistic Programming
DEVELOPING MASTERY (PART II DIPLOMA IN COACHING)
Developing Mastery is a distance-learning programme offering facilitated skills development, primarily on a 1-1 basis. It provides rigorous continuing professional development, enabling participants to deepen and develop their coaching skills. The course challenges the student to coach consistently at PCC standard and supports the development of reflective, informed and ethical professional coaching

We can explore certain elements about what brings you to coaching and what you would like to achieve.
It is also an opportunity to understand what style of coaching I provide as well as if it will be right blend.
A price list guideline is below, however depending on circumstances we can discuss how we structure sessions and payment when we have our first conversation. All sessions are 60 minutes long unless you would like shorter sessions (price to be negotiated if preferable)

Individual Coaching
Single session - £60.00
Block of 4 sessions - £55.00 (initial block only, £60.00 thereafter).
Block of 6 sessions - £55.00 (First two blocks only, £60.00 thereafter).
Coaching in Businesses
Pairs Coaching - c. £320.00 (Includes two individual sessions then a combined session) (price is negotiable depending on no of sessions booked).
Group Coaching - £80.00 (Price negotiable on hours booked).
